If you're not receiving the email to confirm your identity in TurboTax, try these steps:
- Check your spam/junk folders: Sometimes the email might end up there.
- Verify your email address: Ensure it's correct in your TurboTax account settings.
- Check the email address on the Next, let's verify your email screen. If your email address is correct, check your spam or junk folders.
- While you are in your Intuit Account Settings, go to "Sign In and Security" and see if the email address shown in your Intuit Account has ever been verified.
- If it shows it is "not verified", you can verify it by clicking the link and following the instructions.
- Request the code again: Sometimes re-requesting the code can help.
