The date for availability of form 8815 within TT has changed yet again - preventing me from filing my taxes. Why is this not getting completed so that I can file?

I couldn't get a refund when I tried last year. They told me they dont' refund after "I think", 30 days. So I was out of luck. They lost me as a customer over this. There's plenty of other reputable places to get taxes done.
