The app won’t let me finish my taxes

Are you getting an error? If so, please let us know what that error is so we can better assist you. If the app is stuck or freezing, try logging out, closing the app, and then logging back in. If you are still having problems, you may want to log in via the web (TurboTax Online) to finish up filing.

I made it to the end of finalizing the tax return. I saved it later to go back into once I found my tax refund from last year to enter that information needed. Where it asks for security and the last refund but I don’t see where I go to continue that last section before it getting mailed off.

You should be able to get back to your return using the left-side menu. Once you've opened or continued your return, go to the menu icon in the upper-left corner. The menu will take you to your federal taxes, state taxes, and other sections of TurboTax you need to visit.
