The app is having me fill out the 3554 form, which does not apply to me, despite fixing the error on the "New Employment Credit Recapture" section that required the form to be filled out in the firs

I was told I needed to delete the California State Return and start over, however there is no option to delete and start over, only to review each section. Which does not resolve the problem

I am having the same issue.  The program will not let me file until I make corrections to this form that is unnecessary.
