The amount of wages on my w2 is the Amount of money I made before taxes were held out is that correct or should it be the amount I brought home after taxes were taken out

Boxes 1,3, & 5 have 14218.88 that's the amount I made before taxes, but my last pay stub of the year has gotten that I made 12312.14 as the amount I brought home which amount should be in the wages boxes on my w2

Your last pay stub will not be as accurate as your W-2.  That's why you should never use a paystub to prepare your tax return.

Should be the amount before taxes....your gross income before it was taxed.
