The address that it is trying to send my refund to is not my current address. i changed it in my account info but it won't change where it's saying it will be mailed to.

You have to use your correct mailing address in MY INFO so that the IRS and your state will have the address to use if they need to mail you a letter or a check. Did you already e-file? If not, go back to MY INFO and make sure the right address is there. If you already e-filed with the old address, you need to send a change of address to the IRS now.
