Use the specified three-line address and the correct postage and IRS will get it.
Use certified mail to send it so that you will get back a confirmation that the IRS received it. It is taking the IRS six to nine months to process mailed returns, so you will want to know for sure they have your return.
This is correct. The IRS owns the zip code so no street address needed.
