It may be related to a screen resolution or scaling problem.
In your Windows settings do you have scaling set to a higher value than the normal 100%?

If not a scaling problem, then try a screen resolution of 800x600.
Scaling worked for me also. My standard scaling is 125% because the characters are very small otherwise. I set the scaling to 100%, closed TurboTax, started it again and everything was perfect.
