What if the PAYER's name as listed in Box c is different than what comes up when I enter the PAYER's Federal ID number?

That's OK as long as the Payer's Federal ID number is correct (they may have moved or issued the forms from somewhere else). You can change the name and address if you would like to make it match the form. The IRS will match it to the Payer's Federal ID number.
