Near the end of 2017 I received a w2-c form for 2016. There is no place for me to file it on my 2017 tax return. How do I go about filing it?

That form would apply to your 2016 taxes. You need to compare the original W2 you filed in 2016 with the corrected one you received, and decide if the numerical difference (if any) merits filing an amended return for 2016.
