It sounds like you are entering these dividends "as if" you actually received a 1099-DIV and that's the correct way to do this here.
ALL dividends received are "ordinary" and SOME dividends received - a subset - are "qualified". So you do need to fill out BOTH of those boxes for each dividend entered. If you know that all the dividends are qualified then you'd have the same number in both boxes.
