Paid preparer and firms name

No, not if you are preparing your own return.  If you are using TurboTax, then your return is "self-prepared."  You should only sign/date the section next to "Sign Here."  The Paid Preparer section is reserved for situations where you are paying someone else to prepare your return, i.e. a local tax preparers office.  And, the person that you pay to prepare your return would sign there and enter their firm's name, not you.
