Why is 2017-R9 not posted as available on the "Manual Update" FAQ page, which has not been updated in 22 days?

I can't tell you why the manual update FAQ has not been updated. The AnswerXchange moderators were notified about it a week ago. I have just sent them a reminder. (The moderators can't update the FAQ themselves. They have to send a request to a different department.) In the meantime, you can download the R9 manual update from the following link.
