Can't E-File Return due to N as control # on W-2. It will not let me print my Federal Return. I have filed extension but I can't see my Federal Return on site. Help.

This is the 2nd time I have posted.  First answer wasn't clear or helpful.  I have commented on previous post but no answer.  I am not sure what to do.

@deni0421 If you are ready to e-file your return, try to do so leaving the Control # blank.   If you'd like to review your return before filing, you can do so by using the instructions included in the TT FAQ below.

I can't get into my federal return.  This is very frustrating.  I have never had this issue any of the other years I have used  your program.  I am on hold now trying to get someone to help me.  I don't understand why I can't get into it.  I even am trying to download it but it won't open.  Please help!

this faq doesn't help.  I don't have what it is mentioning for tax tools showing.  I bought the premier package.

Hallelujah!  See if you can go ahead with your e-filing once you've left the Control box blank.  The preview FAQ should work now, too.
