tech support for my download

I asked for tech help this AM and really got nothing. The download was order no. [order number removed], and

my payment authorization no. is: [removed]. I need help, and what I would like is a tech support phone no.

that is for a living person and not a recording. Also, my phone no. is: [phone number removed] (land line). Just to repeat

my earlier e-mail, I use windows, but when I entered the code: [code removed], it rejected Windows.

I ask again, why is the code the same for Mac and Widows? Anyway, I don't know what to do. I need help, so

please give me a phone number that has a tech support person attached. Help please. Adam [removed]

I loaded Turbotax on my IMAC when it became time to receive my security I opted for a phone line thinking I would talk to a person and gave my land line number the call never came. Now I can not use Turbotax.

I paid for 2024 Turbo Tax Home and Business from Amazon. I received instructions to go to installTurboTax.com to install my software. I went to the website and clicked on the Home and Business icon to download. Instead of downloading TurboTax Home and Business it downloads Turbo Tax Deluxe .

I previous purchases Deluxe but found it would not work for me and I needed Home and Business.

Help! How do I download the Home and Business the correct software from the installTurbotas from the website.
