Taxes Completed except Turbotax can't send until IA 126 availabel.

I appears that for IA 126 is available at the state of Iowa website.

Why do I have to wait for Iowa tax form IA 126 when it's available at the state of Iowa tax site for printing?

Available on the IA site is not the same as formatted by the state and approved by the state for tax software.
