Can you please try the following

  • Try searching for an email from do_not_reply@intuit.com or support@intuit.com
  • Check your Junk and/or Spam folders.
    Hint for Gmail: Gmail hides their Spam folder under the More drop-down.
  • Add TurboTax to their Contacts List. The email you should use is: do_not_reply@intuit.com
  • If you are still unable to get the email and/or are having trouble signing into your account, please submit an Account Recovery Request.

My verification code is not coming through into my email. I received the email stating that my purchase has been confirmed, but my code is not coming through.

If you haven't received it try to resend the code again and check your spam folder.

Tax Year Prior to 2020: My 6-digit verification code has not come through. It has been more than 10 min. Is there a glitch in the system?

This is still not working. I've gone through every email folder in my email and ensured that the email address was correct. I've tried resending it 7 times and it's not going through. I've even tried searching for the "intuit" address and come up with past emails and my confirmation email.
