Tax Year 2020 - Form 1310 "Ready Soon"

I'm using TurboTax to file taxes for my late mother and she has a refund due.  I completed Form 1310.  The only remaining error is that Form 1310 is "Ready Soon".  But the IRS has Form 1310 available on its web site (dated October 2020).  Is this a TurboTax error?  Or will Form 1310 really be "ready soon"?  And when?

Additionally, I'd prefer to e-file, since the bank left a joint checking account OPEN with her name on it specifically for the purpose of depositing any checks or credits due.  How do I get around the TurboTax error checking message that is telling me that I must paper file her return?

Form 1310 is scheduled to be released in an update on 3/4/2021.
