Tax Support with TurboTax Premier 2017

DOES TT 2017 COME WITH EXPERT ANSWERS BY PHONE OR DOES IT NOT?  Your own website says "Live Expert Help. Our credentialed tax experts have answers for every situation and will always be there to guide you from start to finish. ($19.99 value),"  BUT 4 PHONE CALLS AND NEARLY 2 HOURS WORTH OF TRYING AND I STILL CANNOT GET THROUGH TO AN EXPERT WITHOUT ENDING UP WITH AN AUTOMATED ROBOVOICE THAT'S HOLDING EXPERT ADVICE AT RANSOM AND TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER 59.99 BEFORE I CAN GET IT.  Even a human told me that it's NOT included in Premier anymore and that it says so on your website and yet here's the language contradicting that statement taken straight from your own site.....  https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/premier.jsp  What do I have to do to be able to talk to a tax expert about amortizing bond premiums?

I am thoroughly fed up with TurboTax 2017 Premier.   I have made 6 phone calls regarding getting help and the last 2 at least have both confirmed that YES, I am entitled to Live Help and each person has said, "Let me connect you to that service."  Then EACH TIME, despite my asking for the person I was talking to to remain on the line until I am connected to a real person, I end up being connected to a robovoice trying to stick me with another 59.99 in order to talk to an expert.....  If it costs 59.99 more,  then what value is "the 19.99 value" included in Premier????????? [ "Live Expert Help. Our credentialed tax experts have answers for every situation and will always be there to guide you from start to finish. (19.99 value)"].  I've used TurboTax for 5 years now.  This may be my last.

Out of the blue I finally got a call from a TurboTax Expert who apologized for the 6 people or more who had no idea what they were saying when trying to get me to pay an additional 59.99.  He admitted they were all wrong and that I had the right to talk to him because of using Premier.  So as a follow up to what I've written I have to say that my conversation with the expert was wonderful!  He was informative, patient, and together we examined my return to verify how amortized bond premiums were treated on imported info from brokers.  During the course of the over hour phone call, we also discovered that information imported from Fidelity, for whatever reason, had not transcribed correctly, so we got that resolved, together, and then he patiently went through how to file an amended tax form, which he helped generate, since by the time he had called, I had already given up on TurboTax and filed my Federal as it was.  So THANK YOU, Patrick!   You saved the day and restored my faith in TT.  Too bad it was so difficult to get to the right person, but once I did, it was well worth the effort.
