Tax report company websites not reading my 2018 Binance transaction excel

Does anyone know what service will make a tax report for my Binance 2018 taxes show below? (Picture) I have tried uploading to Koinly, tokentax, cointracker and zenledger. None of them can read the file, I imagine it has to do with formatting. Can anyone help?
