Tax refund

Good day. 

I am trying to file my tax return and claim my tax refund. I am a South African citizen. I work in  Pennsylvania over a period of time in 2023 and 2024. I've selected the  turbotax live option and once i get to the option where i can choose the consultant  it says error on the page and i need to phone the call centre. I am currently back in South Africa.  Please can u assist me.

Were you a U.S. citizen, a resident alien, or a nonresident alien for the years that you are filing for? If you were a nonresident alien you cannot use TurboTax. You have to file Form 1040-NR, which TurboTax does not support.
