I owe on my taxes and I selected the installment plan but recieved a email saying I owe everything by 4/15/2020. I wanted to check and make my payment plan was good to go so I could pay it off over

You will have to wait to receive confirmation from the IRS that your installment agreement was accepted. That won't happen until your return is processed.
