Tax file disappears

After the update of 3/2/22, the 2021 tax file that was located in Windows 10 directory Automatically created by the system and completed ready to be filed cannot be found/used by the then program forcing to create a new file.

You may want to double-check to make sure the file was not saved somewhere other than your PC hard drive, such as OneDrive or a removable storage device.
