Tax expert not responding

tax expert is not responding at all. Please help me get in touch with him and ask him to not leave their clients like this. It is unprofessional. Only 8 days left and I’m so stressed out

I want to bypass the expert help in turbo tax and do my taxes myself. I am stuck on their screen that is forcing me to that marketing option
