I was told to get any information from tax act to do my taxes and then paid for the service.

Tax act never file my 2023 taxes

If TaxAct never filed your 2023 return then you need to print and mail now. Can you get a copy from TaxAct? Are you using Turbo Tax for 2024? Then try entering 0 for the 2023 AGI to efile.
