Product Key Not Working

I purchased and downloaded Turbo Tax Deluxe and the product key that was provided in the email confirmation for the downloadable version is coming back as not valid error code 606.  How do I get a valid product code to complete the install and use the software?

I finished my taxes in February and filed them. Now, I can't log onto my loaded 2019 Deluxe version program because an error message reads something to the effect that the key I received in e-mail has been used.  Following is the key I received that worked previously. [product key removed] In many years, I've never encountered this problem before and am beginning to wonder if I should continue using Turbo Tax

I just istalled turbotax and I am trying to back up and press the back key and does not respond. Do you know why?c
