System does not recognize my information

I recently filed my taxes on March 21, by mailing it in. TurboTax says that they have everything for my stimulus check but I still can’t access any information regarding the refund or stimulus check

Have you tried accessing it using 2018 data?  In all likelihood, your 2019 tax return has not yet been processed yet if you mailed it on March 21st.
