I received an e-mail saying a different computer was accessing my account.  How can I verify if it was my computer or not?

This is a situation where you should contact our product support. Follow the steps below and put this question number in the field that asks what your question is (3827665) That will help the agent quickly access what you are needing done.

They have the tools to view your audit logs, and find out if any suspicious IP addresses. Then they can tell you what time they were, and you can figure out if it was you on a device that the web site didn't recognize, or someone trying to access your account.
