Help! I've finished my return, entered my credit card number, and am trying to file, but Turbo Tax keeps trying to upgrade me to Premium and I can't turn it off.

There are instructions, but they don't work. I think I need an administrator or representative to stop making my account keep trying to append Premium Services to my balance. Thank you. - David
