I got an email stating my return was rejected due to some issues with crypto staking transactions. I followed the steps in the email and corrected the issues and now I am stuck attempting to refile. The Home Screen has a button that says "Fix My Return" in the center of the screen. When I click that, it directs me to refile. The next screen shows steps 1 and 2 completed (payment info and refund info) and step 3 states "Get ready to save and file your returns" with a start button next to it. When I click the start button, I finally get to the screen that says "Here are your filing options" and below that the only thing it says is: "2022 Federal Return: This return was e-filed on 01/20/2023." (the first time I filed) and when I click continue this page just refreshes and says the same thing. There is nothing else to click and I am stuck in a loop on this page unable to refile. I have tried different devices and I always get the same error. Please help.

Thanks for the reply. I did follow the steps in the video but that did not resolve my issue. When I click "Fix My Return" (20 second mark in the video), there is nothing to fix since I already fixed the errors. It goes to a screen that says "Keep Going To Refile Your Returns" and from there I enter the loop described in my first post. When I get to the screen that says "Here Are Your Filing Options" and click continue, the screen just refreshes. I cannot proceed past this point. Below are screenshots of the relevant pages.

Thanks for the response. I cleared cookies and cache and still no change. I also tried incognito and I tried on a completely separate device (Mac using safari and PC using chrome). I still get stuck in the exact same spot every time regardless of the device.

Hi again, Thanks for your responses. I have now attempted to contact the customer assistance phone number at least 5 times. Every time, I share my screen with the person assisting me, and they seem stumped by issue I've explained in this thread. Then the call disconnects before we make any progress and I end up back on hold waiting for someone else to pick up. I also tried to clear and start over and I cannot since I already paid my fee. I am completely out of ideas and I need someone with an advanced understanding of this system to contact me asap to resolve this issue. If this does not happen I will seek out another method to file as my refund is not large enough to justify the time I am wasting here. Thanks
I am having this same problem on April 17, 2022. TurboTax says to file for an extension, but doesn’t say anything about resolving this issue. I guess I will have to do this, but I have questions. This response is completely unacceptable.
I ended up having to leave and file through another company. I wasted too many hours trying to fix it and nobody in customer support knew what was going on. I recommend you and anyone else with the same issue does the same.
