Stuck in fix federal return loop

I am stuck in a loop where I'm being prompted to check this entry repeatedly -- the box is checked, I have healthcare through my W-2 employer. Am I supposed to uncheck the box? I plan on e-filing, I'm so confused...

No, if you don't have a 1095-A form at all, the better fix is to delete your 1095-A.

Here's how to do that in TurboTax Online:

  1. Open your return in TurboTax.
  2. Select Deductions & Credits.
  3. In the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, then Tools.
  4. Select Delete a form, from the list in the pop-up window.
  5. Check the list for Form 8962, and Form 1095A. If you have either of these forms in your return, select Delete next to the form.
  6. Confirm your Delete, select Continue.
  7. Repeat until both forms are deleted, then Continue with my return.
  8. Continue through the review process and file section to e-file your return.
