Stimulus payment Direct Deposit

Hi I’m trying to register for the stimulus payment and I’m wondering if I can have it direct deposited onto my cash apps “cash card” this account has a routing number & account number. If I can use this for direct deposit when it asks if it’s “savings “ or “checking “ which do I click ? Thank you for any advice you can give me

Yes, you can use that.  It is considered checking.

I am looking for similar help. I am looking to find out the status of my federal tax return, with no help on the IRS website. I am also wanting to know if my account is set up for direct deposit. I can not find any information or help.

Here is an IRS site you can use to find out about the stimulus payment.  It will show you any direct deposit information.
