Stimulus Check

I went onto the IRS site to check the status of my stimulus check and it said it was to be deposited today (April 15), but has not shown to be deposited as of 5:30 p.m. central time. I used turbo tax to file my 2019 taxes but it was garnished for back child support. My turbo card is active but shows a zero balance. I', wondering if the A.O.G. can garnish my stimulus check as well or is it just taking longer to deposit?
