Still can’t input my information to get my stimulus package

Why can’t I input my information and see my stimulus it continually say my information doesn’t match on file . I can’t call or receive any information about the stimulus.

type you address EXACTLY as it appears on your tax return.. Try ALL CAPS

social security number must have the dashes included XXX-XX-XXXX

date must have leading zeros if necessary (e,.g. April is "04" not "4')

I’ve done that and still unable to access Get Payment on IRS

The Get My Payment tool will highlight the errors in red, and it will include a message about the errors. When you try to input your information, what is being highlighted in red?
