it's so frustrating still not to be able to import documents from JP Morgan Chase & Co.

using downloaded TT on a mac laptop.

it seems to work on chase's end. i can (sometimes) get to a browser window that says: Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax.

unfortunately the TT servers can't then transfer it to TT on my computer?

TT says: This import was unsuccessful.

well, maybe next year.

thanks, i see others have called and spent hours on the phone with support. unfortunately i don't have that kind of time right now. the deadline approacheth!
