State transmittal error: 601ERRV:4, FilingHdr_2.1

Submitting CA state return. Have already transmitted successfully 1 Federal, and 3 other state returns. They have all been accepted. I am trying to e-file CA, have already paid taxes due and the e-filing fee.

You can only e-file up to 3 states per each return. 

Per product information, "If you need to e-file taxes in more than one state, we can help. You can purchase additional states directly from inside TurboTax, and e-file in up to three states (fees apply*)."

You can print and mail in the fourth state return. If you already paid an additional e-filing fee for the 4th state, California, please contact us for a refund.
