I HAVE PAID FOR 2 STATE TAX RETURNS AND I CAN NOT GET EITHER TO APPEAR---JUST RECYCLES

BACK AND FORTH TO THE START AREA?????

    I HAVE PAID FOR 2 STATE TAX RETURNS AND CAN NOT GET TO WORK ON---WHEN I PUSH START IT JUST 

    RECYCLES BACK TO THE START OVER AND AGAIN---BOTH STATES ACT THE SAME???

    Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in. 

     

    Instructions to clear cookies to restart TurboTax 

     

    After you do this, try logging out of TurboTax, closing your browser, and then logging back in.

    You didn't say what product you are using.  Are you using Online TurboTax (web version) or the desktop software (CD/download)?

     

    If you're using the desktop software (CD/download), is it an a issue where you are in a state install update loop?    i.e., is it the issue in this FAQ?
