State Tax Forms

I have downloaded Utah state tax forms, and Turbo Tax has supposedly filled out the forms, but very little has been filled in.  What gives?  Why don't I at least receive something to indicate that I can't yet complete the Utah tax returns?

That depends on the forms you are using, there are two that are unsupported when e-filing.

I entered information on federal return and it was finished and submitted.  I downloaded return for mail (I am not  receiving a refund) so I could not email.  However, it did not go  to state return.  How do I get to NM State returns to finish?

Click "Add a State" when you sign back in to your return. Go through the state interview to conclusion and you get a "Everything looks good" indication.  Go through the filing steps again to download/print your NM return.
