State Tax E-file not eligible. Will I get my $20 fee refunded by TurboTax?

I selected to have TurboTax e-file my state return but it failed to transmit because it returned an error saying that my situation requires me to send in the return by mail.  But TurboTax charged my credit card the $20 filing fee even though it couldn't file the state return.  Will that be automatically refunded or what do I need to do so I get that money back?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
