State review did not pick up changes in Federal form. Corrected numbers for health insurance premiums on federal form did not carry over to state. How do I fix it?

This is why you really need to complete the federal first before you ever start the state.  Then if you changed the federal you must revisit the entire state interview so the changes will be accepted.  If they are still not being picked up then delete the state and start it over.
