State return will not download

I can't download the state return.

Are you trying to download or print your completed and e-filed state return? After one has e-filed and been accepted, it can sometimes take a return PDF a while to update and be available.  Try these steps and see if you can access the PDF to print. When you open your return back up, do not make any changes in it if it's already been filed. If you have to amend the return later, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.

• Log in at the Tax Home section or "Your Tax Returns & Documents" for 2022, look for a link "Add a State."
• Click on "Add a State."  (you don't actually add one, it's just to open your return back up)
• After the return is open, click in the left menu column on TAX TOOLS, and then PRINT CENTER.
• Then choose "Print, save, view this year's return."
• The next screen should offer some options to print.

I am trying to download the state return so I can complete the state return and file both the federal and state returns. The app stops responding when I click on Download. This is a known issue. TurboTax told me to contact Amazon for support because that is where I purchased the software. Unbelievable! I spent 41 minutes with TurboTax first tier support on Saturday and 1 hour/45 minutes with first tier support this morning. No one would help the support rep. My request for support escalation was denied. I’ve never experienced a company refusing to provide support for it’s product like TurboTax. It is a total failure for TurboTax. I’ve used TurboTax for more than 20 years. No more. They lost me as a future customer today.
