I get an error that won't let me complete my filing that states: "Form W-2:  Nonqualified Distribution (State ID) does not match with any states entered in Box 15".

There is no entry in that Box on my W-2???  What do I do??

If your W-2 does not have the state information Box 15-18, but you live in a state that requires an income tax return, enter your Federal Tax ID (EIN/EFIN) on box 15.
