state filing fee

2025 additional fee for state tax filing is $39-$49 with an asterisk. The asterisk is not explained anywhere that I can see. What determines the price range. Minor issue I suppose, but it is bothersome that the asterisk that may explain the price range has no referential explanation. Using live assist version online

The asterisk means that the state price will go up...usually on March 1st.
