State Estimated Taxes Paid

On deductions and credits, in TurboTax Home and Business. Entered all my Federal estimates and am now on , how much did you pay in state estimated taxes? Entered state, date paid butborogram is not allowing me to enter a number in amount paid. System glitch? Can I override?
