state bought for 45 after buying federal.

i was dumb. but now, after purchasing the state separately for $45, it's not letting me efile for free my one state. why? I already paid for it.

With desktop software there is always ---always--always--a fee to e-file the state return. You can avoid the state e-file fee if you print and mail the state return.
