STARTED 2016 RETURN ACCESSED MY 2015 RETURN. I ALLMOST FINISHED RETURN.  LOGING INTO MY ACCOUNT I GET THE bluepage CAN NOT WORK ON LINE. CAN I START A NEW RETURN?

Go to your turbotax account at top of page , click on MY Account , then click clear and start over in the drop down box there , provided, you are using TTO (FREE ON LINE VERSION) or if you already purchased another version , you may start on 2016 on that one, either way ,
