Start the 2024 tax return filling

In 2024 you will be able to file a 2023 tax return.  The software for 2023 returns will become available in late November 2023.

Tax year 2024 will not complete until after 12/31/2024.  So you must be referring to either a 2022 or 2023 tax return.

For tax year 2022 you would need to create, complete and file the tax return using the TurboTax desktop editions which can be purchased and downloaded from the this website for either Windows or Mac personal computers - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2022 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

Tax year 2023 will not complete until after 12/31/2023.  The 2023 TurboTax desktop editions should be available in mid-November.  The 2023 TurboTax online editions should be available in early December.
