SSA-1099
Im helping my daughter do her taxes, her 5 yr old daughter receives social security benefits due to her father dying. The SSA-1099 is in my granddaughters name, do I enter this on my daughters tax return

SSA-1099
You do not enter a dependent child's Social Security benefits on her tax return. If the child does not have any other income they do not report the benefits received on a tax return.
