"I was on a live chat, but had an issue. I am back to file my taxes from 2018"
You are confused about the way you have been posting questions and getting replies. There is no such thing as live chat here. This is a user forum where you can post a question and wait for a reply from another user. It NOT "live chat" and TurboTax does not have live chat for you.
You keep asking about the same thing--your 2018 Social Security income. Now you say you want to file a 2018 tax return. That is fine. You can prepare and file a 2018 return. But not on the website.
You cannot use online software to prepare a 2018 tax return. Online software for a 2018 return is closed permanently. And 2019 online is closed too. No one can prepare a tax return online using TurboTax right now at all. When the online program re-opens it will be for 2020 returns only. The system is in transition and cannot be used at all right now to prepare a return online.
The only way you can use TurboTax software for a 2018 tax return is to download the 2018 desktop software to a full PC or Mac. And it will not be free. Here is the full answer I give to users who need to file a past year tax return:
Online preparation and e-filing for 2017, 2018 and 2019 is permanently closed.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2017, 2018, or 2019 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
Another option is to prepare a 2018 tax return using the paper forms and prepare the forms by hand:

Another option would be to seek local paid tax help. I hesitate to suggest spending money to do that but you seem pretty confused by this. You still have not ever told us if you had other income for 2018 besides the Social Security. In one of your posts you said that you had tax withheld from the Social Security, so filing a tax return would be a way to get a tax refund if the SS was your only income for 2018.
Please understand that we cannot see your account or your tax returns. So we only know what you tell us. We do not know if you needed to file a 2019 return or if you did file a 2019 return. At one point you seemed to be asking if you could just add that 2018 income to your 2019 return--the answer to that is a very loud NO. 2018 income only goes on a 2018 tax return. A 2019 tax return can only have 2019 income on it.
