Spouse passed away before my 1095-A started, why is the system adding him to the form?

Spouse passed away near the start of the year, but I my coverage didn't start until near the end.

If you are filing a joint tax return, then your spouse's name would appear on it, as well as on the Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit, that is associated with your Form 1095-A entry. That is how is is supposed to be reported.
